Beautiful home in heritage community. this home is located in a small community in franklin indiana. franklin indiana is located on the south side of more… indianapolis about 25 minutes south of downtown indy. this home sits on a small community fishing lake that is stocked. all the homes are situated pretty close to one another so if you are looking for a large lot, this would not be for you. if you would like to add a fence to the back yard, that would be ok. all the rooms are generous in size. home has security system, hard water treatment system and all the kitchen appliances. there is a garage door opener with 2 remotes. this home is a non smoking home and has never had a pet in it. no smoking and no pets please. the community has nice pool and clubhouse that is 1 1/2 blocks away. there are all kinds of places to play. sorry but no pets allowed. i think that there is a bsketball court and a volley ball court but i am not 100% sure. too much to list- a must see! less…
